The PhD Research Group (“Promotionskolleg”)

The Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Daimler AG and Behr GmbH & Co. KG have established a PhD Research Group, in order to do research together on topics of electric mobility.

The PhD Research Group addresses engineering disciplines and supports the transfer between science and economy. The strength of the Research Group is among others based on the close exchange between the researchers at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) with the industry partners Daimler and Behr. This ensures from the beginning the relation of the researchers with the industrial environment. The PhD Research Group is also intended for smaller and medium-sized enterprises.
